Philip P. Murdick and Jessie L. Hendry

From the Division of Laboratories and Research, New York State Department of Health, Albany

Abstract

A method is described for the concentration of antistreptococcus plasma.

The results obtained with this procedure in the concentration of a number of lots of plasma ranging in antitoxic potency from 100 to 1000 units per cubic centimeter are recorded. The average unit concentration is 5 with a 24-per-cent loss of antitoxin.
