In "A Solid Phase Radioimmunoassay for the Quantitation of Human Reaginic Antibody against Ragweed Antigen E' by Raymond Zeiss, J. J. Pruzanska, Roy Patterson, and Mary Roberts in the February 1973 issue of the Journal of Immunology, Vol. 110, Number 2, p. 416, column 1, line 10, the diluent for Age (inadvertently admitted) was 15 BSA in PBS.

AAlso on page 420, line 15, the first sentence after the heading "Specificity" should read: In order to demonstrate the specificity of the prepared polystyrene tubes for IgE, ¹²⁵I IgG was added to serum and the mixture added to a prepared tube.
