Hereditary C2 Deficiency with Some Manifestations of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus1

Abstract

A family with hereditary C2 deficiency was studied. The proposita, homozygous for this trait, showed certain clinical and serologic manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus which included a widespread skin rash and a positive LE cell test.
