Abstract
Mice showed renal glomerular deposition of immunoglobulin and complement as early as 7 days after infection with lactic dehydrogenase virus, concomitant with the appearance of circulating antibody. Immunoglobulin eluted from the kidneys contained virus-specific antibody. A minimal histologic alteration of glomeruli was observed despite the immune complex deposition.
