The Antigen Receptor in Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity

II. Passive Sensitization of Guinea Pigs1

William C. Hill2 and Barbara Nissen

From the Trudeau Institute, Saranac Lake, New York 12983

Abstract

Low molecular weight fractions from sensitive lymphoid cells were shown to sensitize normal guinea pigs by three different routes. Two antigens were used, one of which was an artificial contact-sensitizing agent (dinitrofluorobenzene) and the other a protein antigen from mycobacteria.
