Abstract
The
E in sputum and nasal fluid specimens from asthmatic children behaves like the
E in serum on ion-exchange chromatography, gel filtration and ultracentrifugation. No secretory piece antigen was demonstrable on the
E in respiratory exocrine fluids. Like the
E in serum, sputum
E sensitized monkey skin for passive cutaneous anaphylaxis.
