Stabilization of Cytotoxic Antibody and Complement with Cysteine

Abstract

Cytotoxic antiserum and complement have been shown to undergo inactivation as a result of exposure to the atmosphere, and the inactivation has been shown to be preventable by cysteine. Possible mechanisms which might be involved were considered.
