Abstract

Fluorochrome-conjugated antibody reagents monospecific to {gamma}-, {alpha}- or µ-heavy chains of human immunoglobulin were prepared from goat antisera by the extensive use of solid immunoadsorbents for the specific purification of desired antibodies and for the removal of other antibodies.
